A hidden gem with heart

Staying at Avlu 4 was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Murat and the team, who made you feel like part of the family. Each morning started with a delicious breakfast spread prepared by Senay, featuring local ingredients and great variety. The room was spacious, with a lovely balcony to unwind on after a busy day. Proximity to the beach made it easy for spontaneous dips in the sea—truly rejuvenating. The peaceful atmosphere was a welcome retreat from the buzz of nearby Marmaris.

While my stay was largely enjoyable, there were a few hiccups. The plumbing was a bit inconsistent—sometimes it took a while for the hot water to flow, which was inconvenient at times. The bed could have been more comfortable for a better night's sleep. Lastly, I found the cleaning could have been slightly more thorough, as I noticed a few areas needing attention. Regardless, these minor issues didn't overshadow my overall positive experience.

Avlu 4 has a clean and spacious apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette with a refrigerator. Murat's hospitality was outstanding. he went above and beyond to make us feel at home. With a lovely balcony to enjoy meals and a strong internet connection for work, it was a relaxing retreat just an 8-minute walk to the beach.

A Perfect Family Getaway

Spent 16 fantastic nights in a spacious apartment, enjoying morning coffee on the balcony overlooking a tree-lined street. Murat's hospitality stood out. he made us feel like family. The nearby Migros supermarket was perfect for stocking up, and the pool was a refreshing treat after beach outings.

I stayed in the Double Room with Balcony for 13 nights and really liked how spacious the room was. It was clean and had everything I needed. The balcony was a great bonus for enjoying meals and the view. Murat was super helpful, fixing the air-con leak quickly. the comfort of the bed was good too, so I had restful nights.

We had a wonderful stay with amazing service from Murat, who prepared delicious breakfasts and ensured we were comfortable. the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow sometimes. I'd definitely return!

Just a decent option for a short-term stay in Marmaris with great value for money. Enjoyed the lovely swimming pool that got sun all day but also provided shade. Remember to check out the local restaurant options just a short walk away.
